My Wonderful Husband June 21,2009

Since today is Fathers Day I wanted to pay tribute to my husband Dave. I have been so blessed to have Dave in my life and in the life of my children. I appreciate how he leads and supports our family. Even though we have gone through some trials as a couple, we have grown closer because of them. I am so grateful that Dave and I were able to go through the temple and be sealed. I am grateful for his example and his unconditional love towards me. Thank you Dave for everything you do for me and our family. I love you

Fathers Day June 21,2009

Today is Fathers Day and I would like to express my love to my father. He has always been there for me. I appreciate the support he has given me throughout my life. I also admire him for his dedication and love for the gospel. Thanks Dad for everything. I love you.

Ashley's Graduation

We went to Ashley's graduation and it was amazing. She received her degree in Social Work. Ashley was recognized as 1 of 3 students among 1000 for the many organizations that she has volunteered for, and the many service hours which she has donated throughout her schooling. Ashley also had faculty honors, and was a member honors society. I am so proud of you Ashley!!!

It was so fun to come to Washington and be here for Ashley's graduation, and spend some time with Ashley,Wendel, and Tyson. My parents came with me and it was fun showing them the sights of Seattle, visiting the Space Needle, Pikes Market Place, Lake Washington, and Kerry Park where we were able to look out on a beautiful view of Seattle. We also went to garage sales, saw Tyson's apartment and we ate at Anthony's where we had some wonderful seafood by the ocean. We also celebrated after the graduation with a wonderful meal of crab legs, pasta, fruit, and veggies cooked by Chell. The weather was beautiful, and it was my first time visiting when it didn't rain.

Overall it was a great trip and I am so glad I was able to be there for Ashley's graduation.

I am now an official blogger, thanks to Ashley. While in Washington for Ashley's graduation from college this weekend she set up a blog for me. I will talk more about the graduation later. These pictures are at Goblin Valley at our Herzog family reunion last weekend June 5 - 7. It was a lot of fun spending time with extended family. We camped at Green River Utah in the state park. The weather was beautiful, and the food was yummy!
